Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SwiftBill Chrome extension and website (the "Service"). By installing or using SwiftBill, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SwiftBill lets you create PDF invoices, save them to your own Google Drive, record them in Google Sheets, and share them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and business information you create with the Service.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You must provide accurate business information and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including tax and invoicing rules in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and billing

SwiftBill offers a free trial followed by a paid monthly subscription of US$9/month. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Your data and content

You retain ownership of your invoices and business data. Invoice PDFs and your records spreadsheet are stored in your own Google Drive and remain yours even if you cancel. Your use of data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or use it to create fraudulent or unlawful documents.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SwiftBill is a tool to help you produce invoices and is not a substitute for professional tax or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftBill shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
